Confident Europeans are sure: Europe can do it better!

In the run-up to the European elections in 2019, 30 German business leaders are presenting their perspectives on how the continent can find new strength. From the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, VCI President Hans Van Bylen (Henkel) and the two VCI Vice Presidents Werner Baumann (Bayer) and Martin Brudermüller (BASF) joined the project.

The German newspaper "Handelsblatt" and the pro-European organization United Europe have won over 30 men and women at the head of German companies ahead of the European elections in 2019 for a joint project: As convinced Europeans, they present their perspectives how the continent can gain new strength.

The analyzes of the authors have been published in the book „Europa kann es besser. Ein Weckruf der Wirtschaft“ (Europe can do it better.
