There can be no false moves when dangerous substances are being handled. The fire departments at chemical companies, which lend a hand to public fire departments, have the required skills and equipment.

Aim: To provide competent assistance to public fire departments when accidents involving chemicals occur on roads, the rail network and waterways

Brief description: TUIS offers rapid, competent and unbureaucratic assistance when transport accidents involving chemicals or mishaps in storage areas occur, as well as in acutely hazardous situations

Start: January 1, 1982 / July 31, 2007

Participants: 130 company fire departments within the chemical industry
